Registered Home Manager

This role asks you to be present — not just on shift, but emotionally. You'll hold boundaries and warmth in the same breath, every day.

You're accountable to Ofsted, to our team, and to every child in the home. We need someone who sees those responsibilities as the same thing.

You'll mentor junior staff while managing complex placement dynamics. Leadership here means staying steady when the child in front of you cannot.

/ Staff Wellbeing

A child's experience starts with how supported their key worker feels.

Staff wellbeing at SNRCH is an operational matter. Regular supervision, honest debrief after difficult shifts, and training that treats your professional development as a career investment — not a compliance requirement.

We ask a great deal of the people who work here. In return, we commit to noticing when the work is heavy, and responding before it becomes unsustainable.

If this sounds like the work you're looking for, we'd like to hear from you.

Send us your CV and a short note about why residential care — and we'll respond with the same honesty we'd expect from you.
